J12 Lacrosse Consulting was founded after years of coaching and developing players throughout Arizona. During that time, we recognized a major gap in athlete development. While players were training hard on the field, many lacked the guidance needed to navigate the recruiting process, study film effectively, communicate with college coaches, and prepare for the opportunities and challenges that come with playing at the next level.
Our mission is to bridge that gap.
